Can I return my order?

Yes, no worries at all. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, just email me first before shipping anything. Return shipping is the only thing not covered.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually ship out within 1 to 3 business days. After that, most U.S. orders arrive in about 5 to 7 days.

Where’s my package?

Once your order is with USPS, it’s in their hands. You’ll receive tracking so you can follow along, and your local post office can help with any delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but it’s something I’m working on and hope to offer soon.

What if my package says delivered but I don’t have it?

Start by checking with neighbors or around your delivery area, sometimes it gets placed somewhere unexpected. If it’s still missing, send me a message and I’ll do my best to help.

How does sizing work?

There’s a size chart on each product page to guide you. If something doesn’t fit right, I’m happy to help with an exchange, just note that return shipping isn’t covered.

What if my item arrives damaged?

That’s never the goal. If something arrives damaged, send me a photo and your order number and I’ll make it right.

What does “Two Cross” even mean?

Two-Cross™ means Jesus carried both our sin and our shame. Both are taken, both are finished. It’s a simple reminder that you don’t have to carry that weight anymore, you’re free to live lighter.
