Shipping

Most orders usually ship out within 2 to 3 business days, and most deliveries arrive 7 to 10 days after that. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it along.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your package is with USPS, it’s in their hands. I’ll always provide tracking, but I don’t have control over delays or routing once it leaves me.

If something seems off, your local post office usually has the best info.

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Just email me first before sending anything back so I can walk you through it.

Return shipping isn’t covered unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on my end.

Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something shows up damaged or not quite right, send me a photo and your order number. I’ll make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages


If your package says delivered but you can’t find it, start by checking with neighbors or around your delivery area. If it’s still missing, you can contact USPS to open a claim.

International Shipping

Right now, Two-Cross™ ships within the United States. I’m hoping to expand internationally as the brand grows.
