can i return my order?

absolutely. if you and your order decide you're not meant to be together, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. just email me before shipping anything, and keep in mind return shipping isn't covered.


how long does shipping take?

orders usually leave the underworld within 2 to 3 business days. after that, most u.s. orders arrive in about 7 to 10 days.


where's my package?

once your order is shipped, it's wandering the mortal realm without me. you'll receive tracking information, and your local post office can usually help with delays or delivery questions.


do you ship internationally?

not yet. world domination takes time, but it's something i'm working on.


what if my package says delivered but i don't have it?

first, check around your property, with neighbors, or anywhere a delivery driver might have hidden it. if it's still missing, send me a message and i'll do my best to help track it down.


how does sizing work?

every product page includes a size chart to help you find your fit. if something arrives and doesn't fit quite right, i'm happy to help with an exchange, though return shipping isn't covered.


what if my item arrives damaged?

send me a photo and your order number, and i'll make it right as quickly as possible.
